If you're like most homeowners, and most of the clients that we work with, you're not a fan of traditional listing presentations. You know what I'm talking about. Those empty sales pitches where a slick "salesman" shows up to your house, sits at your kitchen table, gives a scripted presentation and tells you exactly what they think you want to hear, in order to "win you over." Because, after all, "winning" your listing is the only objective. 
If that sounds like an unpleasant experience, to you, then chances are you're our type of people. If so, you'll likely find our approach to be a breath of fresh air. It's different. It's more enjoyable. But more importantly, it engineers better results. 

We Start with a Comprehensive Diagnosis.

Our Value-Driven Approach to "List It or Flip It," starts with a diagnosis of your situation and a detailed analysis of your property. We're not going to show up with a powerpoint, a mug of hershey's kisses or a typical CMA: Comparative Market Analysis. We take a more tactical approach. 

Because Prescription Without Diagnosis is Malpractice.

This, we believe, is one of the biggest mistakes that many real estate agents make. They arrive, at the first appointment, with a preconceived notion of exactly what the list price should be. Before they've even seen the house! Or, worse yet, they wait for you to tell them what the price should be and then they simply say, "Yes, let's do that."  How does that make sense?

That's Not How We Operate. 

I don't know about you but when we're talking about selling what is, for most people, their biggest investment, I think we should perhaps dive a little bit deeper. That is why our first step is to investigate. We "run tests." Much like your doctor, we believe it's foolish to prescribe a price or even a sales strategy until we've had the opportunity fully assess the situation. Maximizing profit demands that sort of mentality. In other words, when it comes to you, your family, and your financial future, we refuse to cut corners. Some people say, "why go to that extent?" Especially when the market is hot. "It's not that big of a deal. The property is going to sell regardless. Don't waste the time and energy." We see it otherwise. 

As A Result, Our Approach Is Not For Everyone. 

With some homeowners, we simply differ too much, in our beliefs about the most profitable way to get the property sold. We've learned that much of the success of our approach is about teamwork. Maximizing profit requires that everyone involved in the process, from A to Z, is on the same page.

Fact of the matter is, most homeowners hope for a pleasant and profitable home sale experience. But many are not willing to engage in the work necessary to ensure that that "hope" becomes reality.
